Newsletter March 2005![]() Escobaria laredoi, part of the E. orcuttii complex, is native to SE Coahuila, Mexico. It does not appear to be difficult to grow from cuttings or from seed. It does, however, seem to be rather more shy about flowering than quite a few other Escobarias and the heads take longer to mature to flowering size.
